If you are unhappy with any item you receive, you may return the item as long as it is in its original, unopened condition for a full refund of the purchase price. There is no exchange or refund on any item(s) that have been used or don't have the original packaging. Please note that the shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable unless it is our error in shipping.
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 5 business days after delivery. Include the packing slip and the return authorization number with your return. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured US Postal when returning goods. Send the package to the following address:
