Browse through the store by clicking on the Manufacturer name or use Search to find the item you wish to buy. Proceed by clicking the "buy now" button or "Check Out" or "Continue Shopping" button. When checking out enter name, address, credit card and shipping information. Please note: Some fields in the "Check Out" process are required. Write down, or print out, your confirmation number. You will receive a confirmation of your online order via email.

How to Place an Order Online
To purchase an item online, simply click the "buy now" button to the right of the item. When you have finished adding all items to your order/cart, click "View Order" or "Checkout" (located in the shopping cart section of every page on our site). Make any necessary adjustments to your order by clicking the "Update Quantities" button. You can now proceed to our "Check Out" page. To ensure prompt order processing, please fill out ALL required information. To finalize the order, click the "Submit Order" button. An order confirmation will be given to you and we recommend you print this page for your records. Please note that your billing address MUST be exactly the same as the billing address for your credit card. Orders without valid address verification may be delayed for further verification with your credit card bank.

Guarantee Details Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, YourFilters.com will cover the entire liability to you, up to the full $50 amount. YourFilters.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at YourFilters.com while using the secure server.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Tax
YourFilters.com is a Michigan-based company. State law requires us to collect sales tax of 6.0% on all orders shipped within Michigan. All orders outside of Michigan are exempt from sales tax. If you are ordering outside of Michigan and sales tax appears on your order, please change the "Shipping" destination on the shopping cart before you submit your order.

We often carry special or limited items that may not be listed on our website. Please let us know if you are looking for a special item and we will arrange to order or search for the item. Just send us an email to info@YourFilters.com or call us at (866) 363-4868 to request a special order.

Back Orders & Out of Stock
We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you request is back ordered or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item or we may offer you the item in a different size or package. You can decide to either have us ship it to you, or you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
